The Cart Linhay is a neat single storey cottage on a 130 acre working farm two miles from the historic Devon town of Bideford. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with a family bathroom. On the same level is a sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen. Outside, shared with three other cottages, is an outdoor pool for seasonal use with a paddling pool, a sunbathing terrace, an orchard and a picnic area.
